We have recently learned of a fraudulent website offering fake jobs on behalf of Local Propeller. They have modified our logo and and renamed our company Local Propeller & Co.
Our only website is https://localpropeller.ca and we are not currently hiring. Any website offering jobs on our behalf is fraudulent and should be reported to police. Do not share your personal information and do not send money.
Fraudulent ads linking to these websites have been reported on Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Indeed and link to https://sunwayemploy.com.
After filling out a contact form victims are contacted via WhatsApp and directed to one of the following websites: https://ppl-reserve.store, https://promo-local-propelller.top/ and https://local-propelller.top.
NOTE: don’t follow these links, they are fraudulent. We have listed them here in the hope that Google shows this article to people searching for information on these websites.
We have reported this fraud to the appropriate authorities and are currently working on having these websites taken down.
If you have been a victim of fraud from a fake website impersonating Local Propeller we advise you to:
- Immediately contact your credit card company and/or bank to report the fraud
- Contact your local police department or RCMP non-emergency line to file a police report
- Report this fraud to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre by clicking here
