Some of our websites use a high security system that will ban a user if it detects suspicious activity.
This is usually a great thing, but occasionally it gets it wrong and valid users can get locked out. If you are having trouble accessing your website we will need to know your IP address so we can unlock your access.
Note that your IP address is dependent on your location, so if you were locked out of a website while using your home internet connection, you need to give us that IP address. If you check your IP address when you’re at work, we will be unable to unlock your access.

Click here to find out your IP address. Note that your address needs to be in the IPv4 format – it should look like XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX. You may also have an IPv6 address but this is used for different purposes.
