We are currently investigating a phishing campaign pretending to offer jobs on behalf of Local Propeller.
We have received multiple reports from victims and people who contacted us to check on the accuracy of a fake job offer. In all cases victims have clicked on an online ad offering remote digital marketing positions and are sent to https://sunwayemploy.com . After filling out their personal details victims are contacted via WhatsApp where a scammer directs them to a new website. This website is currently https://promo-local-propelller.top.
Under no circumstances should you visit either of these websites. If you see an online job ad that directs you to https://sunwayemploy.com you should report that ad immediately and do not enter any personal information.

If you have been a victim of fraud from a fake website impersonating Local Propeller we advise you to:
- Immediately contact your credit card company and/or bank to report the fraud
- Contact your local police department or RCMP non-emergency line to file a police report
- Report this fraud to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre by clicking here
