Do You Offer Web Hosting?

All of our packages include web hosting because it makes ensuring your website is running smoothly massively simpler. If your site was hosted on another web host we would have to contact their tech support each time there was a problem. Because your site is on our servers, we can just fix the problem. Dead simple.

What If My Site Is Hosted Somewhere Else?

No problem at all, that’s part of our WordPress Support service. We handle moving your website to our servers for free. All we need is access to your WordPress admin interface – FTP or MySQL access usually isn’t needed (and if you don’t know what that those terms mean, you don’t need to).

What If My Website Gets Hacked?

That’s why we have back-ups. We will usually just revert your website to a back-up that has not been compromised and you’re back up and running. If the damage is too severe and can’t be fixed by reverting to a back-up we will do our best to fix the damage. If your website can not be fixed we will propose a range of options* to get you back online as soon as possible.

How Much Support Do I get Each Month?

Each of our plans offer a set number of support requests each month. If you need a little more support one month we’re pretty easy going. If you need a lot more support we just bill for the extra work (don’t worry, we talk to you about it first). If you’re consistently needing more help you’re always free to upgrade to a different support plan at any time.

What If An Update Breaks My Website?

That’s why we have back-ups. We do everything in our power to ensure an update won’t cause problems, but sometimes it’s just out of our control. If your site uses a plugin or a theme that’s no longer compatible with the latest version of WordPress we will work to find an alternative*.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment. After you sign-up, your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Am I Stuck With A Contract?

There are absolutely no contracts for our WordPress Support plans – you pay on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your service at any time.

Can I Switch Plans If My Needs Change?

Of course, You can switch to a higher or lower plan at any time.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

We stop billing as soon as you notify us that you would like to cancel your support plan. If you cancel within 5 days of your last payment a full refund of that months fee will be issued*.
